The head that wears the crown is heavy, which is why you'll need to invest in larger departments, middle management, and a host of extracurricular activities across the workplace to keep your employees comfortable, fulfilled, and, most importantly, productive. Take advantage of the surplus value of their labour and build a mighty castle in the sky! You're now the man! Only keep in mind that the decisions will have an impact on the overall well-being of the company's employees. If they are dissatisfied, they will tend to crumble under pressure, act strangely, and, most importantly, be less successful at producing revenue for your business.
